Exercise is dreaded by most people, but it doesn't have to be, exercise is as fun as you make it. Some fun ways to exercise are:
1) Dog walking
2) Bike Riding
3) Swimming
4) Jumping on a trampoline
5) Jogging
6) Ice skating
7) Dancing
8) Yoga
9) Karate
Some other ways to exercise that aren't quite as fun are:
1) Running on a treadmill or eliptical
2) Weight lifting
3) Crunches or sit ups
4) Push-ups
These are all good for your body, remember you need 60 minutes of physical activity every day. Also remember do not overwork yourself, exercise lightly. It is not good for you to go from no physical activity one day to extreme physical activity the next.

Healthy habits: food Groups
Everyone know that the food groups are super important, but sometimes it can be very hard to eat them all. I try to have at least 1 food from each major food group at each meal. Here are some great foods from each food group:
protien- eggs, meat, tofu
fruit- grapes, grapefruits, kiwis, strawberries, rasberries, apples, oranges, peaches, starfruit.
vegetables- lettuce(salad), potatoes, carrots, brocolli, celery.
dairy- yogurt, milk, cheese.
grain- bread or toast, rice, whole grain cereal, cream of wheat
Remember your body also needs fats and oils to function properly, a great way to get those fats and oils is by eating peanuts and peanut-butter.
