Exercise is dreaded by most people, but it doesn't have to be, exercise is as fun as you make it. Some fun ways to exercise are:
1) Dog walking
2) Bike Riding
3) Swimming
4) Jumping on a trampoline
5) Jogging
6) Ice skating
7) Dancing
8) Yoga
9) Karate
Some other ways to exercise that aren't quite as fun are:
1) Running on a treadmill or eliptical
2) Weight lifting
3) Crunches or sit ups
4) Push-ups
These are all good for your body, remember you need 60 minutes of physical activity every day. Also remember do not overwork yourself, exercise lightly. It is not good for you to go from no physical activity one day to extreme physical activity the next.
